    Sir I travelled from Imphal to mumbai reference ID 270926040233 flight no 6E 202and flight no 6E 0596. The luggage was found broken no damage to articles inside it. Unable to attach photo of it.

    Disappointing experience today with Indigo flight 6E -135 to Nagpur
    • I reached airport at 10.30 AM and checked in my baggage under Fast Forward option.
    • Thereafter, I went to the lounge since the flight’s ETD was 12.15 PM and boarding as per the boarding pass was 11.30 AM.
    • At 11.30 AM, I showed up at the check in gate before the stairs / escalators leading to the boarding gate. The gate wasn’t responding to my boarding pass and a message “ early for the flight” kept flashing which was corroborated by an attendant standing at the gate.
    • I checked up the display board for the revised ETD, which was showing 12.35 as against ETD of 12.15
    • I went back to the lounge and came back to the boarding gate at 12.05, and was told that the gates have closed since the flight is taking off at 12.15 PM as scheduled.
    • I informed the gate staff that the display board is showing ETD as 12.35 , how can they then not allow me to board the flight at 12.05, their response was “ display board is not our responsibility but GMR’s” and the flight is leaving on time.
    • Thereafter it took me almost an hour to get my checked in bag back.

    I request you to kindly take up the matter internally as I missed my flight for no fault mine. It is Indigo’s responsibility to coordinate with GMR to ensure that display boards reflect the correct ETD

    Being your patronized customer and knowing about recent changes of not carrying portable charger’s in check-in baggage was newly implemented and i was unaware about it. The recent flight 6E 0132017905 on 24th jan,2017 from delhi to hyd with pnr OBG1VZ and SEQ-0073 was been misguided about same that i will be getting the portable charges before my boarding from the available desk .Due to this i had to bare the losses of 2 portable chargers from my bag and which is really unfair, and i would like to request you to look forward in to this matter and give me my justice.

    I had booked round ticket Nagpur to Pune on 09jan2017,Booking Reference Z5Z9RR.I had selected seat number 3E,F.For selected seats I was charged RS 600
    A day prior to flight my seat no were confirmed by customer care.However while issuing Boarding pass I was allotted seats no.17A,B .I was told your seat were not selected and hence given to some other passenger.I would like to KNOW the reasons for changing my selected seats .I will be glad for early reply.Also kindly refund amount charged for the selected seats for denying the same .Thanks

    With due regards to your esteemed airlines,it is to be informed that Flights 6E684(01.01.2017)&6E6927(05.01.2017) vide Bking Ref.193GVP & Bking ID173624130831,hadpaidRs 42,427 throughHDFC Card4893772501443952 of Shantanu Dey dated09.10.2016.Trip had been cancelled &only paltry sum of Rs6643 &Rs4984 were credited to Credit Card A/c on31.12.2016. Totally taken aback by the amount reimbursed & intend to move the Customer Redressal Cell if not satisfied with your clarification.

    I never have experienced such an uninformed, dismissive staff. Because Inigo was 1 hour and 45 minutes late we missed our Spice Flight to Varinaisi. We tried to speak to staff about our connection at the Delhi airport but they just shrugged their shoulders and didn’t help. In Delhi Indigo sent us here and there. We were even sent on a wild goose chase on a shuttle to terminal three for Air India and ran like crazy but that we were way too late. I think the guy at the domestic terminal was just brushing us off. Typically the airline that was at fault supports clients in getting on another flight or by paying for a hotel room but not Indigo. The attitude was “It sucks to be you.” Lost with nowhere to sleep we finally sorted out something with our first hotel where we stayed in Deli weeks ago. They found us a guest house to stay at as they were full. How can Indigo mess up and then be so dismissive. Whose legal responsibility is this? It just makes sense to make right ones errors. Shoddy operation, lousy staff.
    I will avoid this airline and suggest to other travellers to avoid Indigo at all costs.
